Overview
PhotosViper is a photo organization app that helps you manage your photo library through intuitive swipe gestures. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
Data We Access
- Photo Library: PhotosViper accesses your photo library locally on your device to display and organize photos. Your photos are never uploaded to any server or shared with third parties. All photo processing happens entirely on your device.
- Subscription Information: If you subscribe to premium features, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information.
Analytics & Attribution
We use analytics and attribution services to understand how users interact with our app and to improve your experience:
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and crash reports.
- Amplitude: Collects anonymous behavioral analytics to help us understand user patterns and improve the app.
- AppsFlyer: Used for attribution to understand how users discover our app. We do not collect or use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally. You can limit analytics collection through iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics.
Data Storage
All app data including your preferences, sorting progress, and album configurations is stored locally on your device using Core Data. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on external servers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. The only external services we use are:
- Apple App Store (for subscription management)
- Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage statistics)
- Amplitude (anonymous behavioral analytics)
- AppsFlyer (attribution, no IDFA)
Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Photo library access can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy > Photos.
- All local app data can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
- Analytics can be limited through iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics.
